Quality and Ethics in debt collection

"Gesif promotes respect for debtors, customers and employees. That's why supports and participates in

ethical standards applicable in the sector and monitors the quality of its internal processes."

Gesif monitors the quality of all its processes, which is why it obtained a quality certification under UNE EN ISO 9001-2008.

Gesif belongs to ANGECO (Spanish Debt Collection Agencies Association) which in turn, is a member of FENCA (Federation of National Debt Collection Associations). Gesif participated in drafting its code of ethics, focusing on adequate information processing.
